PeaceGen Internship Program 2022
PeaceGeneration Indonesia is a social enterprise engaged in learning media, training, and peace education campaigns. Since 2007, PeaceGen has been actively working with various donors and strategic partners in promoting peace in Indonesia. Currently, we have several projects that focus on capacity building for socio-emotional learning using the 12 Basic Values of Peace approach.
The 12 Basic Value of Peace consists of:
(1) Accepting Our Self (2) No Suspicious No Prejudice (3) Ethnic Diversity (4) Religion Differences (5) Gender Differences (6) Social Status Differences (7) Group Differences (8) Celebrating Diversity (9) Understanding Conflict (10) Reject Violence (11) Admit Mistake (12) Apologize.
We are currently opening internship opportunities for final semester students and fresh graduates from various universities in Indonesia for the position of Finance Assistant Intern. For 3 (three) months, the selected candidate will work under the supervision of a Senior Finance Officer at the Organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final year student or fresh graduate
- Major in Accounting
- Have experience working in the field of administration and financial reporting
- Having skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and archiving administration
- Detail orientation and familiar with managing data
- Preferred living in Bandung
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assisting Senior Finance Officers in trial online software financial
- Communicate with online software developers
- Assisting Finance Officers in making and printing all bank vouchers, petty cash vouchers of PeaceGeneration, and PT. Media Damai Indonesia
- Assisting Finance Officer in printing all current accounts and transactions status for PeaceGeneration and PT. Media Damai Indonesia
