Graphic Designer
Who are we?
PeaceGeneration Indonesia is a social enterprise engaged in learning media, training, and peace education campaigns. Since 2007, PeaceGen has been actively working with various donors and strategic partners to promote peace in Indonesia. We currently have several projects focusing on capacity building for socio-emotional learning using the 12 Basic Values of Peace approach.
The 12 Basic Value of Peace consists of the following:
(1) Accepting Our Self (2) No Suspicious No Prejudice (3) Ethnic Diversity (4) Religion Differences (5) Gender Differences (6) Social Status Differences (7) Group Differences (8) Celebrating Diversity (9) Understanding Conflict (10) Reject Violence (11) Admit Mistake (12) Apologize.
We are currently looking for 2 (two) Graphic Designers. Check out the qualifications below:
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female
- Graduates from Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or any relevant major
- Preferably have work experience of more than 1 year (full-time/freelance/internship), but less than 1 year are welcome to apply
- Able to operate Adobe Family, Canva, and other design tools
- Have a good understanding of color combinations, layout, design thinking and design hierarchy
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a team
- Familiar with working under specific deadlines
- Have good design management and work management
- Able to adapt to various illustration styles
- Live in Bandung
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Involve in brainstorming and ideation of a campaign or product
- Have weekly coordination with Comms Team
- Involve in deciding the key visual and designing visual graphics for social media content, poster, banner, icon, placeholders, characters, videos, etc
- Managing the timeline for the design-making and revision
